Upon receipt of notification the ‘Notice and Takedown’ procedure is then invoked as follows:

  1. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint by email and will make an initial assessment of the validity and plausibility of the complaint.
  2. Upon receipt of a valid complaint the material will be removed from the website pending an agreed solution.
  3. We will contact the contributor who deposited the material, if relevant. The contributor will be notified that the material is subject to a complaint, under what grounds, and will be encouraged to assuage the complaints concerned.
  4. The complainant and the contributor will be encouraged to resolve the issue swiftly and amicably and to the satisfaction of both parties.

CEPS Projectes Socials is committed to user privacy. Although you can browse through our website without giving any information about yourself, if you subscribe to the newsletter and/or register for an event, personal information such as name and email are required in order to provide the services you request.

Our privacy policy is based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish law ‘34/2002 de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico (LSSICE), effective from October 12, 2002 and the private data protection act Ley Orgánica 15/1999 del 13/12/1999 de Protección de Datos Personales’. In this context we inform you that your name and email will be saved in our database, archived under the name of CONTACTOS, in order to provide the e-services you subscribe to on the CEPS Projectes Socials web site. With reference to the above mentioned laws, you have the right to amend or cancel your personal details held with us, by emailing your request to: info@asceps.org, or sending it by post to Associació CEPS, calle Bòria, 17, ppl (08003) Barcelona.
