TME event BCN 2017

The aim of the Talent Matching project lead in Barcelona by CEPS Projectes Socials, is to design, test and validate a new training programme and EQF-aligned standards of competency framework for Vocational Mentors that support young disadvantaged people into Initial Vocational Education and Training (IVET) in Europe’s Creative and Cultural Industries (CCIs).

The aim of the international event in Barcelona is to bring together professionals from different backgrounds (IVET training, job orientation, the cultural sector) and facilitate the exchange of experiences of how to mentor young people towards a career in the cultural and creative sectors across the EU.

The programme:

  • Relevant Experiences at Civic Centres in Barcelona, by Carme de la Flor, director of civic centres at Trànsit Projectes, Barcelona
